21st century journalism class

The most interesting thing so far was when Mr. Miller had a girl come in to talk to us about journalism online. She told us how every new paper or magzine now uses technology to get information out to the public as well as print copies. The use of technology has changed the way people get or report news may it just be a blog with a different twist of an important news story. But the good thing about them is that they may only give you a little bit of information that the news didn't but also links you to the main story so you can get the entire story. I hope to learn more about blogging in the future because i really don't know what im doing still. Technology and news go hand in hand these days it might be nice to know how to use it. One day who knows all news might only be on the internet. So heres to getting better and learning about 21st century journalism. Another thing i would like to learn more about is what make an event into news or a story. We've only briefly covered that, and I would like to learn more.
